The U14 girls faced Western Gaels in the 1st Round of the Championship in Frenchpark last Thursday . They defeated Western Gaels with a scoreline of 4-15 to 2-3. It was a strong performance by all the players. They will be hoping for the same result on Thursday 30th July when they face St. Ciaran’s in Tulsk at 7pm
The U10’s also went to Frenchpark to play Western Gaels in a challenge match. Thanks to Western Gaels for hosting the match on Saturday morning. The girls showed off some great skills and great fun was had by all.
The Senior Ladies took on Kilglass Gaels on Sunday the 26th July in their opening game of the Championship. They were met with a strong overall performance from Kilglass Gaels and were defeated. They face Clann na Gael on Sunday the 1st August in Tulsk at 12pm in their second game of the Championship.
To finish off the week we had the U12 girls showing off their skills in a great and exciting match against St. Ciaran’s on Sunday 26th in Tulsk. Final result was St. Marys 12 scores v St. Ciaran’s 5 scores. They face St. Faithleachs in Tulsk at 6pm in their 2nd game of the league.
Best of luck to the U16 that play their first championship game on Tuesday 28th July against St. Faithleach’s in Ballyleague at 7pm.
